As I gaze out the window, my mind begins to wander, … and I'm reminded, true joy and happiness aren't found out there. They reside within. Though the world may be beautiful and scenic, bringing moments of delight, my inner truth reveals that lasting joy comes from a deeper place. I'm grateful to have awakened to my authentic self, beyond this physical body. I am complete, my inner cup overflows, and I share this love and light with all. In this present moment, I let go of fear, worry, and anticipation. I release the need for more. Instead, I simply am. I breathe in love, exhale gratitude, and feel the goodness that I am. Yes, this is me – a being of love, at peace, ignited and home within.
