Real Friendship Doesn’t Need to Hide: A Call for Love, Honor & Respect ā¤

Ā

Greetings, dear souls. ā¤ļø

Let’s have some real talk about friendship, relationships, and the importance of honoring one another.

We need to be mindful of who we invite into our journey and the kind of friendships we choose to maintain. Friendship should never require secrecy, dishonesty, or disrespect toward someone else.

Ladies, if you are friends with a man who is in a relationship, ask yourself: Could his woman meet me, know me, and feel comfortable knowing the nature of our friendship? If he cannot introduce you to her openly as his friend, and your friendship has to be kept a secret, it may be time to reevaluate that connection.

And gentlemen, the same applies to you. If you are friends with a woman who is in a relationship, can you respectfully meet her partner? Can the three of you coexist without secrecy, suspicion, or hidden conversations? If your friendship requires sneaking around, hanging up when someone walks into the room, or waiting until a partner leaves to make a phone call, something needs to be examined.

We are grown. We should not have to sneak around to maintain a friendship.

Let’s be honest with ourselves. Why are we hiding? Why are we having conversations that we would not feel comfortable having in the presence of someone’s partner? Why are we entertaining connections that require us to compromise our own integrity or disregard another person’s feelings?

This is not about controlling who someone can speak to or suggesting that men and women cannot have genuine friendships. They absolutely can. It’s about the difference between a friendship that is honest and respectful and one that depends on secrecy and blurred boundaries.

We should love ourselves enough to carry ourselves with honor. We should respect our fellow man enough to consider how our actions affect others. And we should value our own peace enough not to entertain relationships that require us to hide, deceive, or participate in someone else’s dishonesty.

If you are in a relationship, honor the person you have chosen. If you are friends with someone who is in a relationship, respect that relationship, too. And if a friendship cannot exist openly, honestly, and respectfully, have enough self-respect to step back.

Let’s stop normalizing what we know does not feel right.

We are here to grow, to love, and to become better human beings. That begins with how we treat ourselves and how we treat one another.

Let’s move with integrity. Let’s choose honesty. Let’s practice love, honor, and respect..not just when people are watching, but especially when they are not.

Because who we are in private matters just as much as who we present ourselves to be in public.

Real friendship does not need to hide. Real respect does not need an audience. And real love does not require us to compromise our integrity.

Let’s go team!!Ā

With love and light, ā¤ļø

Knowledge of Self. Service to Others.

Ā

Greetings, dear souls. ā¤ļø

Today, I want to share a little piece of my heart, and perhaps, somewhere within these words, you will find a little piece of yourself, too.

As I continue to grow and learn, I find myself becoming less interested in the things the world tells us we should want. The spotlight, popularity, recognition, and the constant pressure to keep up with everyone else no longer hold the meaning they once might have. I am discovering that there is something far more beautiful than being known by the world. It is knowing yourself.

And perhaps you, too, are beginning to discover this.

Have you ever paused long enough to ask yourself who you are beneath the titles, the expectations, the responsibilities, and the image you feel you must maintain? Who are you when no one is watching? When there is no applause, no audience, no one to impress? What brings your soul peace? What makes your heart feel alive? What kind of person are you becoming when you are no longer trying to be who the world expects you to be?

These are the questions I find myself returning to.

My desire is to know who I am through the eyes of my Creator, to fall in love with the woman I am becoming, and to nurture my mind, body, and spirit in ways that allow me to live more fully from the inside out. I want to keep learning, refining my gifts, cultivating gratitude, and becoming a better human being, not simply for myself, but for the people whose lives I may one day touch.

And I hope you give yourself permission to do the same.

You do not have to become someone the world applauds to live a life that matters. You do not have to be the most popular, the most accomplished, the wealthiest, or the most recognized person in the room to possess immeasurable worth. You do not have to compete with another person’s journey to honor your own.

There is room for you to grow at your own pace, discover your own gifts, and become the person you were created to be.

Personally, I have grown to appreciate the quiet beauty of life. The moments spent alone in reflection. The joy of learning something new. The freedom of caring for myself without needing an audience. The fulfillment of creating, growing, and sharing words that might encourage someone else to see the beauty and possibility within themselves.

I spend a great deal of time physically alone, but I have learned that solitude does not have to mean loneliness. Sometimes, it is in the quiet that we begin to hear ourselves again. It is where we can examine what we believe, release what no longer serves our growth, reconnect with our Creator, and make room for the person we are still becoming.

Perhaps you need a little more of that space in your own life, too.

Not to withdraw from the world, but to return to it more whole. Not to become self-absorbed, but to develop a deeper understanding of yourself so that the love you offer others comes from a place of sincerity rather than depletion.

There is something beautiful about reaching a place in life where you no longer need to be seen to feel significant, applauded to feel worthy, or included to feel whole.

You can simply BE. šŸ„°šŸ’ž

You can love your life without proving it to anyone. You can grow without announcing every step. You can celebrate someone else’s success without questioning your own. You can serve without seeking recognition. You can walk a path that looks different from everyone else’s and still know that your life is meaningful.

And when you begin to understand your worth from within, you may find that you have less desire to compete and a greater desire to contribute. Less need to impress and more desire to inspire. Less concern with being somebody in the eyes of the world and a deeper commitment to becoming who you were created to be.

That is the journey I am on.šŸ¤—

I am learning to know myself more deeply, love myself more honestly, care for myself more intentionally, and use what I have been given to serve others. I am not chasing the spotlight. I am tending to the light within me, trusting that as I continue to grow, that light may help illuminate the path for someone else.

And dear soul, I encourage you to tend to your light, too.

Give yourself permission to learn. To change your mind when you gain new understanding. To outgrow old versions of yourself. To rest without guilt, to begin again without shame, and to pursue the things that bring meaning to your life. You are allowed to be a work in progress and still appreciate the person you are today.

We are all becoming.šŸ«‚

May we become more loving, more compassionate, more self-aware, more knowledgeable, and more intentional about the lives we choose to live. May we learn to look beyond appearances and recognize the beauty in one another. And may we remember that one of the greatest ways to serve humanity is to continue doing the inner work that allows us to show up in the world with greater love.

This is the life I am choosing: to know myself, to love myself, to keep growing, and to be of service.

And perhaps that is an invitation for you, too.

Let’s go team! Wake up. Show up. Ignite.

I am that I am….

The Greatest Journey Is Within

Greetings beautiful souls,

Happy new moment in time! I’m clicking my heels because LIFE IS SO GOOD!

When you begin to understand life, who you are, and where true happiness, joy, and peace come from, something beautiful happens. You stop searching outside yourself for what has been waiting to be discovered within you.

I call it a detached lifestyle..not detachment from life, but freedom from needing external things, people, or circumstances to determine your happiness. You begin celebrating every moment simply by being YOU!

You share yourself with the world from a place of overflow, uplifting, encouraging, inspiring, and being the light wherever you go.

Life is so good!

It’s not about looking outside yourself for things to become happy. It’s about becoming the happiness you seek.

It’s not about knowing a lot of people. It’s about knowing YOURSELF.

It’s not about belonging to every group, club, or team. It’s about deepening your connection with your Creator, your inner being, and the beautiful essence of who you are.

It’s about loving yourself exactly where you are while continuing to fall deeper in love with the person you are becoming.

YES! WE ARE AMAZING BEINGS!Ā

But we must be willing to invest time in the most important relationship we will ever have..the relationship with ourselves.

When was the last time you hugged yourself? When was the last time you looked in the mirror, smiled, and said, ā€œWow! You are amazing. You are beautiful. You are a gift. I love you so much!ā€ I do this throughout my day. With every new moment, I fall deeper and deeper in love with myself.🄰

I tell myself, ā€œMelanie, WOW! You are stunning. You are amazing. You are a gift to this world. Keep shining. Keep growing. Keep becoming.ā€ā€¦And I encourage YOU to do the same!

Look at yourself. Really see yourself. Celebrate yourself. Speak life into yourself. Give yourself the love, kindness, grace, and encouragement you so freely give to others.

Because there is only ONE YOU!

You don’t have to chase every invitation, belong to every circle, or seek validation from every person. You can enjoy the world without depending on it to complete you. You can love people without losing yourself. You can show up fully in life while remaining rooted in the peace within you.

So today, I click my heels! I rejoice! I celebrate! I BECOME! I IGNITE!šŸ”„šŸ”„Because I have discovered something truly beautiful:

The greatest journey is not the journey around the world. It is the journey within.

YES, YES, AND YES!

Greetings, dear souls! ā˜€ļø

Open your eyes. Not just to look, but to truly see. Open your ears, not just to listen, but to truly hear. Open your mind to receive wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. Be willing to learn, unlearn, grow, and see life from a greater perspective.

Trust the journey. Trust the process. NO FEAR!

Fear is false evidence appearing real. Don’t allow what you imagine might happen to rob you of the beauty of what is happening right now.

No insanity! Stop repeating the same patterns while expecting different results. If something isn’t working, have the courage to do something differently.

No unnecessary stress. No constant worrying. Release the need to control every detail and learn to flow like water..present, peaceful, adaptable, and free.

Breathe in. Breathe out. Return to this moment. You are here. You are growing. You are becoming.

And guess what? THIS IS OUR TIME TO SHINE! ✨

No worry. No doubt. No shrinking to make others comfortable. No abandoning ourselves to fit into places we’ve outgrown.

We will show up with open hearts, clear minds, and the courage to keep moving forward. We will embrace the lessons, celebrate the growth, and trust ourselves enough to take the next step.

Today, we choose peace. We choose wisdom. We choose growth. We choose to live fully and love from the inside out.

Are you ready? Ā YES! Are you willing? YES! Are you going to show up and ignite the greatness within you?

YES, YES, AND YES! šŸ”„

Wake up. Show up. Ignite.!Ā

..And remember, dear soul, the light you are looking for begins within you.

BE LOVE from the inside out. ā¤ļø

Whatever Road You’re Treading

Dear beautiful souls,
Ā

I know. I understand. And I see you.

Whatever it is..whatever the journey, whatever the chapter, whatever road you’re treading..I want to remind you of something:

You are awesome. You are wonderful. And you are your responsibility.

I love reminding people of this, and I remind myself of it constantly: we cannot control other people. We cannot control situations that are outside of our reach.

But what we can control is how we show up.

We can embrace who we are. We can choose peace. We can continue to BE LOVE from the inside out, no matter what.

When situations come your way that begin to pull you out of your peace, catch yourself before you fall too deeply into the chaos.

Pause. Breathe. Come back home to yourself.

Remember: you are in control of your journey.

People and circumstances only have the power you give them. What someone says or does does not have to penetrate the beautiful space within you. You don’t have to hand over your joy. You don’t have to surrender your peace.
Ā

I understand.

I see you.

I know.

But stay strong. Stay committed to yourself. And use every experience..even the difficult ones..as a stepping stone to rise higher, grow deeper, and become more of who you are.

You got this.

We got this.

And together, we ignite. šŸ”„

We create an inner overflow so powerful that it pours into everything and everyone around us. We continue to shine. We continue to be the light.

Wherever we go.

Whatever we face.

No matter what.

Wake up. Show up. Ignite. šŸ”„

RETURN HOME TO YOURSELF

Ā

Greetings beautiful souls,

There is so much power in understanding that within you is home.

When you define home, it should be a place where you can rest, relax, breathe, and simply be.

So today, return home to yourself.

Stop searching outside of yourself for what you already carry within. Stop looking to people, places, and things to give you something that can only come from within you.

You are enough.
You have always been enough.
And all is well.

Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in. And slowly exhale.

Breathe.

Feel yourself breathing. Feel yourself here. Feel yourself coming back to this moment.

Throughout your day, find little moments to return home.

If you’re working, use your breaks. You don’t have to use your entire lunch break. Take five minutes. Ten minutes. Whatever you need.

Step away. Close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths. Get quiet. Ground yourself in this moment.

You don’t always need to do something.

Sometimes, you simply need to come back to yourself.

Come back to your peace.
Come back to your breath.
Come back to your center.
Come back to the truth that everything you need is already within you.

Return home.

And remember where home has always been:

You. šŸ’›

I Know What Is In Man

Greetings dear souls,Ā

There is a scripture I have been sitting with, and the more I read it, the deeper it becomes:

ā€œNow when He was in Jerusalem at the Passover Feast, many believed in His name when they saw the signs that He was doing. But Jesus, on His part, did not entrust Himself to them, because He knew all people and needed no one to bear witness about man, for He Himself knew what was in man.ā€
— John 2:23–25

Jesus knew. He knew what was in man. He knew what was beneath the surface. He knew the human heart, human motives, desires, fears, attachments, insecurities, and the deep need to be seen, loved, chosen, validated, and accepted. And the scripture is very clear: even though people believed in Him because they saw the signs He performed, Jesus did not entrust Himself to them because He knew. He did not blindly place Himself in the hands of people simply because they believed in Him.

That truth has a different kind of freedom in it for me. I can know people without judging them. I can see clearly without becoming hard. I can discern without becoming suspicious. I can recognize what is in someone without allowing what is in them to determine what comes out of me.

Because knowing humanity doesn’t have to make me bitter. It doesn’t have to make me angry. It doesn’t have to make me withdraw from love. Jesus knew..and He remained who He was. He didn’t respond to deception with deception. He didn’t respond to judgment with judgment. He didn’t respond to rejection with rejection. He didn’t play tit for tat. He knew, and He continued to walk in love.

That is the lesson I am carrying with me: I don’t have to be naive to be loving. I don’t have to trust blindly to have an open heart. I don’t have to attach my peace to how another person chooses to show up. I can love people and still have discernment. I can have boundaries without bitterness. I can walk away without hatred. I can forgive without returning to what harmed me. I can understand people without taking their behavior personally.

And perhaps this is why I feel so peaceful in this season of my life. I am not anxious to belong. I am not desperate for companionship. I am not looking for someone to complete me, validate me, choose me, or make me feel whole. I love being with me. I love sitting with myself. I love my own company. I love this present moment.

There is no forcing. No chasing. No grasping. No begging. No trying to control what someone else does or doesn’t do. I am simply here..present, peaceful, whole.

I know that people are human. I know that people may misunderstand me, judge me, disappoint me, reject me, or even deceive me. But I don’t have to become any of it. I don’t have to carry it. I don’t have to retaliate. I don’t have to let it pull me away from who I was created to be.

I can know what is in man..and still choose love. I can see the world as it is..and still choose peace. I can understand humanity..and still remain me.

Because when I know who I am, I don’t need the world to tell me who to be.

I AM THAT I AM.

I am love. I am peace. I am compassion. I am presence. I am becoming. And today, I don’t need to be anything other than exactly who I am.

I will simply continue to be me.

With love,

Mindful Walks..

My mindful walks..

It’s my time to recharge, reignite, breathe, and simply feel God’s presence. To talk with Him. To be still. To remind myself just how blessed I am to simply BE.

No worries. No fear. No doubt.

Just knowing that all is well.

Everything I could ever need or desire is already waiting for my arrival. My only job is to Show up and receive. šŸ™šŸ½āœØ

So my mindful walks and honestly, everything I do, from the gym to my everyday life aren’t just about physical fitness. They’re reminders that my cup is already full. I’m simply doing the maintenance work to keep that overflow flowing, so I can continue to pour into and be of service to others.

I Am My Own Greatest Relationship

Greetings beautiful souls:

I have no friends, only supporters. And I say that not from a place of bitterness, but from a place of clarity.

I’ve learned that everyone who smiles with you is not necessarily walking with you. Everyone who celebrates you may not truly know you. And everyone who has access to you does not deserve access to your heart.

I no longer force connections to fit places they were never meant to occupy.

Some people are here for a season.
Some are here to witness the journey.
Some cheer from a distance.
And some simply cross my path long enough to remind me of who I am.

And I am okay with that.

Because I have learned to become my own safe place. My own encouragement. My own company. My own source of peace.

I don’t need a crowd to validate my journey. I don’t need constant companionship to feel complete. I can love people without needing to possess them. I can appreciate support without confusing it with intimacy. I can be grateful for connections without abandoning myself to maintain them.

There is freedom in knowing that I am already whole.🄰

So, I release the pressure to label every connection.

I honor the people who support me.
I bless the people who come and go.
And I lovingly return my energy to myself.

Because this journey is sacred.

I am waking up.
I am showing up.
I am igniting.šŸ”„šŸ”„

The greatest relationship I will ever have is the relationship I have with myself. ..And that relationship deserves my time, my attention, my honesty, my compassion, and my love.

I choose me. I love me. I honor me. I am enough within me.

BE Love from the inside out. šŸ’›āœØ

HAPPY FEELINGS ✨

Greetings, dear soul,

There is something beautiful about choosing happiness from the inside out. I don’t have to wait for the world to give me a reason to smile. I can become the reason.

I carry love within me. I carry light within me. I carry peace within me. And today, like everyday..I choose to let it shine.

The energy I bring into the world matters.

A smile matters. A kind word matters. A moment of encouragement matters. The way I make someone feel matters.

So today, I’m spreading happy feelings wherever I go..not because everything around me is perfect, but because I refuse to let circumstances decide what lives within me.

I am light…and Ā I give Ā myself permission to spread my wings and let that light move through me. From the depths of my soul, I choose love. I choose joy. I choose gratitude. I choose peace. I choose ME!ā¤ļø

..And when my cup is full, I don’t have to chase happiness. I become it.

So wake up. Show up. And IGNITE.šŸ”„šŸ”„

Let your presence brighten a room. Let your energy encourage somebody. Let your heart remind you that there is still so much beauty to experience.

Ā I’m not waiting for happy feelings. I AM the happy feeling. I AM the light. I AM the love. I AM the joy. Yes!!! šŸ¤—

And from deep within my soul…

I send happy feelings to you. I send happy feelings to the world. I send happy feelings everywhere I go.

✨ Be Love.  Be Light.  Be Joy.  BE YOU.

I AM FREE

Ā

Greetings dear soul,Ā

Ā

Today, remember who you truly are. You are not the labels placed upon you. You are not your past. You are not your mistakes, your disappointments, your relationships, your titles, your circumstances, or the opinions of others. You are so much deeper than anything the world can name.

Ā

Before anyone called you by a name, you were already you. Before anyone told you who you should be, you were already whole. ..And beneath every role you have ever played is the beautiful truth of your being: you are love, you are spirit, and you are free.

Ā

You don’t have to carry yesterday into today. You don’t have to borrow trouble from tomorrow. You don’t have to become smaller to make someone else comfortable. Release the need to define yourself through what you have or what you have lost. You are not what happened to you. You are the consciousness experiencing this beautiful journey.

Ā

So breathe with me inhale……exhale…..and Come home to yourself.

Ā

Let go of the bondage of fear, regret, comparison, resentment, and the constant need to control what comes next.Ā

There is freedom in this moment. Freedom to forgive. Freedom to begin again. Freedom to love yourself more deeply. Freedom to walk away from what no longer honors your peace. Freedom to become the person you were always meant to be.

And when life gets loud, remind yourself: I am not broken. I am not lacking. I am not behind. I am whole. I am love. I am free.

This is your new moment in time.

Wake up. Show up…and ignite!šŸ”„

TRUST THE PROCESS

Greetings,Ā

Ā

I have to tell you, I am loving life’s beautiful journey. And I want you to understand something today: trust the process. We spend so much of our lives carrying regrets from yesterday and worrying about tomorrow, while missing the beauty of right now. We replay the relationship that ended. We think about the person who walked away. We’re disappointed about the job that didn’t work out. We grieve the door that closed, the opportunity that never came, the plan that didn’t unfold the way we wanted it to. But what if we stopped calling these moments disappointments and started trusting that there is something greater unfolding? What if we realized that every ending, every closed door, every unexpected turn is not the end of our story? It is simply part of the journey.

Ā

I can look back over my own life and see it so clearly. There are things I once thought were setbacks that I now celebrate because if they had not happened, I would not be standing where I am today. If that door had stayed open, another door may never have appeared. If that relationship had continued, I may have missed the opportunity to discover something within myself. If that job had worked out, I may not have been available for what came next. And that is why I celebrate the journey ..all of it. The moments I understood and the moments I didn’t. The yeses and the noes. The beginnings and the endings. Because I now realize that everything is working for my good. I don’t have to understand every step to trust where the journey is taking me.

Ā

So today, release the regret. Release the disappointment. Release the need to know exactly what tomorrow will bring. You are being taken care of. You are surrounded by greatness. There is nothing for you to stress over in this moment. Come back to right here. Come back to right now. This moment is your life. Cherish it. Live it. Love it. I overflow from the inside out with love, and I choose to love myself first so that I can share that overflow with my fellow man. I don’t need to chase what has already passed. I don’t need to worry about what has not yet arrived. I can breathe, smile, and be present for the beautiful life that is happening right now.

Ā

So when life doesn’t go according to your plan, trust the process. When the relationship ends, trust the process. When the job ends, trust the process. When the door closes, trust the process. When something you prayed for doesn’t happen, trust the process. When you don’t understand why, trust the process. One day, you may look back and realize that the thing you thought was breaking you was actually redirecting you. The ending was making room. The closed door was protecting you. The disappointment was positioning you. The delay was preparing you. You don’t have to figure it all out today. Just keep walking. Keep loving. Keep living. Keep trusting.

Ā

All is well. No need to stress. Everything will work out the way it should. Trust the process. Trust the journey. Trust the timing. Trust that your life is unfolding exactly one moment at a time.

Ā

And most importantly…

TRUST.

LIFE IS MY STAGE

Ā
Some people crave the big lights.

They live for the stage, the applause, the awards, the trophies, the medals, the recognition, and the status. And there’s nothing wrong with celebrating those moments.

But me? I look at every single day as my stage. I don’t need a spotlight to shine. I don’t need a microphone to have a voice. I don’t need a band to make music. I don’t need a venue, a ticket sale, a schedule, or permission to show up as me.

Wherever I go, I bring the stage with me. I can walk into a room and share love. I can make someone smile. I can encourage someone who is struggling. I can sing. I can laugh. I can create. I can simply be present and allow my energy to speak.

No rental space required.

No tickets required.

No approval required.

No invitation required.

I simply wake up, show up, and IGNITE!šŸ”„Because my greatest performance isn’t something I do for an audience. It’s the way I choose to live my life.

So today, don’t wait for someone to put you on a stage. Step onto the stage of your own life.

Be bold.

Be loving.

Be creative.

Be joyful.

Be fully present.

And most importantly… Be the wonderful, amazing, one-and-only YOU.

The world doesn’t need another version of somebody else. It needs YOU to show up and ignite. šŸ”„

Stop looking outside of yourself for what you have the power to create within. Be the love you seek. Be the joy you desire. Be the peace you crave. Be the energy you want to experience.

Don’t wait for someone else to make you feel whole. Don’t wait for permission to shine. Don’t wait for perfect circumstances to enjoy your life. It starts with you.

It starts with the way you speak to yourself, the way you care for yourself, the way you honor yourself, the way you show up for yourself, and the way you choose to live.

Today, turn inward. Spend time getting to know yourself. Become so connected to who you are that you no longer have to chase what is meant for you.

Become it. Embody it. Radiate it.

Everything you desire to experience begins with what you are willing to cultivate within. What you want to feel, give yourself permission to feel. What you want to experience, begin creating within.

So today, choose to BE.

Be love from the inside out. Be joy from the inside out. Be confidence from the inside out. Be beauty from the inside out. Be life from the inside out.

You are not waiting for life to begin. You are the beginning.

šŸ”„ You are the source.
šŸ”„ You are the experience.
šŸ”„ You are the ignition.

It all starts with you.

BE. KNOW. LOVE. ENJOY. IGNITE.

From the inside out.

I’m Not for the Boring People! šŸ˜‚

One thing you’ll quickly learn about me…

I love me.

Yes, I talk about myself a lot..not because I think I’m better than anyone, but because I use my own journey as an example. If I’ve learned something, overcome something, or laughed my way through something, I want to share it in hopes that it encourages and ignites someone else.

Now let me tell you something…

I’m not for boring people. šŸ˜‚

I’m full of energy. I’m creative. I’m a kid at heart. I laugh… a lot. Sometimes I laugh at myself more than anyone else!šŸ˜„

Life is already serious enough. Why not enjoy it?

Don’t get me wrong..I absolutely know when it’s time to be serious. But if every conversation revolves around drama, gossip, complaining, negativity, or tearing people down…

You’ll probably hear me say,

ā€œWell… I’m going to head out. You all enjoy yourselves!ā€ šŸ˜‚

No hard feelings.

I’ve simply learned that I don’t have to stay anywhere that steals my joy.

As a GROWN woman, I’m free to choose the environments that help me grow, laugh, create, and live fully.

I love being around people who smile.
People who dream. People who can laugh until their stomach hurts. People who find beauty in ordinary moments.

And here’s the fun part…

I don’t need a crowd to enjoy life. YippppeešŸ˜„

I can take myself to dinner.
Travel.
Go for a bike ride.
Run a race.
Hike a mountain.
Watch a sunset.
Dance in my living room.

I can have an amazing time all by myself because I genuinely enjoy my own company.šŸ¤—

When wonderful people come alongside me, they don’t complete my joy… They simply add to it.

Life is too precious to spend it weighed down by unnecessary drama, constant negativity, or meaningless chaos.

Choose joy.
Choose laughter.
Choose peace.

And if we ever cross paths…

Just know you’re definitely going to laugh.🤣🤪 I’ll likely say something completely random that pops into my head. That’s just me.

I love to create moments.
I love to encourage people.
I love to ignite hearts.

Life is a journey. Don’t just survive it.
Enjoy it.

Laugh often.
Love deeply.
Protect your peace.

And remember…

If you’re hanging with yours truly… it’s going to be a ride!

Aaaahhh! šŸ¦…šŸ¦…šŸ˜‚

Let’s go, team!

Keep igniting from within,

JUST BEING ME šŸ”„

Ā

I’m in such a beautiful place in my life right now.

I’m not trying to impress anyone.
I’m not trying to live up to anyone else’s standards.
I’m not trying to keep up with the Joneses.
I’m not doing things for attention.
I’m not trying to make people like me.
I’m not trying to fit into anyone’s crowd..or make myself belong in any particular scene.

I’m just being wonderfully me. ✨

Taking care of myself physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.

That’s it.

And honestly… wow. What a beautiful place to be.🄰

I look at every day as a gift and every moment as a brand-new opportunity to ignite..to bring out the very best in myself.

This physical journey is temporary, so I want to enjoy it. I want to experience it. I want to create. I want to laugh. I want to love. I want to grow.

And I’m realizing that the only way we can truly enjoy this journey is by getting to know who we are and learning to genuinely love who we are.

Because everything starts within. You can’t give what you don’t have. So I’m keeping my cup full, not just for me, but so it can overflow onto others. ā¤ļø

Joy starts within.
Peace starts within.
Love starts within.
Confidence starts within.
Purpose starts within.

And when we cultivate those things within ourselves, we naturally have more to share with the world.

So these days, I’m not chasing the crowd.
I’m not chasing attention.
I’m not chasing the next scene.

I’m igniting growth.

I’m staying in creative mode. šŸŽØ
I’m working on myself daily.
I’m becoming more of who I truly am.

And you know what?

I LOVE ME. ā¤ļøā€¦ so very much!!

So fill your cup.
Get to know yourself.
Love yourself.
Create.
Grow.

And let that beautiful energy overflow into the lives of others.

Keep igniting from within. šŸ”„

Stand in Love ā¤ļø

Ā

Good morning, beautiful souls.

One thing I’ve learned in this journey called life is that most people will be respectful when they’re standing in front of you. But the true measure of a person is often revealed by what they say when you’re not in the room. Sometimes, if we’re honest, we hear that people have spoken hurtful words about us, questioned our character, or wished for our downfall.

The truth is, sharing space on this planet can be challenging. We all carry wounds, insecurities, fears, and unmet needs. Yet now more than ever, we need one another. We need people builders. We need encouragers. We need individuals who choose to lift others higher instead of tearing them down. There is no need to compete, compare, or secretly hope that someone else fails. There is enough opportunity, enough purpose, enough love, and enough abundance for everyone.

When someone speaks negatively about me behind my back, I choose not to return the same energy. Not because I am weak, but because it is not my character. It is not who I am. I refuse to allow someone else’s bitterness to change the way I love. I stand in love. I walk in love. I speak in love.

And the beautiful thing about love is that it frees you. It frees you from resentment. It frees you from revenge. It frees you from carrying burdens that were never yours to carry.

Today, be a builder. Be an encourager. Be a light in someone’s darkness. Speak life into others. Celebrate their victories. Cheer for their success. Because when you choose love, you never lose.

Love is not just something we give..it is something we become.

Let’s go team!

RUN WITH ENDURANCE

Greetings, beautiful souls.

Life is not a sprint. It is a sacred journey, a race uniquely designed for you. And not every mile will feel easy. There will be seasons when the road seems long, obstacles appear without warning, and you may even question your strength.

Keep running anyway.

Do not stop because the path becomes difficult. Do not quit because others seem to be moving faster. Stay in your lane. Stay focused on your assignment. Comparison is a distraction. Your race was never meant to look like anyone else’s.

Endurance is built in the hard places. It is forged in the moments when you choose faith over fear, perseverance over comfort, and purpose over excuses.

Every challenge is strengthening you. Every setback is teaching you. Every step forward, no matter how small, is progress.

Remember: you are not running alone. God is with you every step of the way, guiding, strengthening, and sustaining you.

So today, beautiful soul, lift your head, straighten your crown, and keep running the race set before you with endurance.

Your breakthrough may be just around the next bend.

Let’s go, team!

Your Life Is Yours to Live ✨

Ā

Ā Greetings, beautiful souls.

There comes a moment on every healing journey when you realize that not everyone will understand your path. Some people will question your choices. Some will wonder why you’ve changed. Others may even expect you to explain every decision you make, as though your life requires their permission before you can move forward.

But beloved, your journey was never designed to be lived by committee.

You were not created to think like everyone else, live like everyone else, eat like everyone else, believe like everyone else, or walk the exact same road as everyone else. God created each of us uniquely, with our own lessons, experiences, awakenings, and divine assignments.

Your journey is sacred.

And one of the greatest acts of self-love is giving yourself permission to honor that journey without constantly explaining it.

You do not need everyone’s understanding to become who you are meant to be. You do not need approval to evolve. You do not need validation to heal. And you certainly do not have to defend the choices that bring peace to your soul.

Growth often looks strange to those who have chosen not to grow. Healing can be uncomfortable for those who have become comfortable in their pain. Your transformation may confuse people..and that is okay. Their understanding is not a requirement for your becoming.

My mission has never been to convince people to see life as I do. My mission is simply to love, to be love, and to share love. If something in my journey inspires you to look within and become an even more beautiful version of yourself, what a gift. And if your light encourages me to continue shining, then we are both blessed.

This is how we heal. This is how we awaken. Not through judgment, criticism, or comparison, but through compassion, respect, and honoring the unique path each soul has been called to walk.

So today, beautiful soul, release the need to explain yourself to people who are committed to misunderstanding you. Stop shrinking to make others comfortable. Stop apologizing for becoming.

Walk boldly in your truth.

Honor your journey.

Respect the journeys of others.

…and remember, your life is a gift from God. It is yours to live, not theirs to approve.

Let your light shine unapologetically. The world needs the authentic, healed, awakened version of you.

Keep becoming. Keep healing. Keep shining.

Three Meals A DayšŸ¤”

Greetings, beautiful souls.

I want to share something that’s been on my heart.

Growing up, I was blessed with a wonderful mom who made sure I always had plenty to eat. Like many of us, I was raised with the idea that eating three meals a day was simply the way things were done. We often follow traditions without ever asking why.

One thing I’ve always done is question. I don’t ask ā€œwhyā€ to be rebellious..I ask because I genuinely want understanding. I taught my children to do the same. Don’t just follow the crowd because everyone else is doing something. Be willing to ask questions. Be willing to learn.

Over the past few years, I’ve spent time researching different approaches to eating, fasting, and how the body works. What I discovered challenged some of the beliefs I had always accepted.

For me personally, I’ve found that eating less often has been beneficial. I feel more mentally clear, more focused, and more at peace. That’s my experience, and it led me to keep learning.

I like to explain it with a simple illustration.

Ā Imagine you’re standing at the sink, washing a pile of dirty dishes. You finally finish the last plate, dry your hands, and are ready to move on to the next task. Then, just as you’re about to leave, someone walks in and drops another stack of dirty dishes into the sink. Once again, your attention has to return to washing dishes before you can focus on anything else.

Sometimes I wonder if our bodies can feel a bit like that. After we eat, our bodies spend time digesting and processing food. When we eat again shortly afterward, digestion starts all over again. It makes me wonder how often we’re asking the body to return to the ā€œsink full of dishesā€ before it has had much uninterrupted time to focus on its other responsibilities.Ā

Giving ourselves longer breaks between meals may allow the body more time to carry out other important functions. That’s one of the reasons some people choose practices like intermittent fasting, and it’s something worth learning about if it interests you.

I’m not a doctor ..yet, and I’m not telling anyone how they should eat. Everyone’s body is different, and some people have medical conditions or nutritional needs that require a different approach. This is simply something I’ve discovered on my own journey.

As always, don’t take my word for it. Research. Read. Ask questions. Pray for wisdom. Listen to your body, and, if needed, seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. Then make the decision that’s right for you.

I share these thoughts for one reason only: I care about you. Whenever I come across something that brings greater awareness or wisdom into my life, I feel called to pass it along. Take what serves you, leave what doesn’t, and continue seeking truth for yourself.

Keep asking why. Curiosity is often the beginning of wisdom.

Let’s Go Team!

WOMAN, YOU ARE SO MUCH MORE

Being a woman is so much more than having a pretty face, a nice body, getting attention from the opposite sex, being called the cutest woman in the room, or having the biggest whatever.

And once you realize that, you become free.

Free from the pressure to keep up with every trend. Free from comparing yourself to other women. Free from competing with your sisters. Free from wondering who is prettier, sexier, younger, thinner, curvier, or getting the most attention.

Because who cares?

What matters is who you are becoming on the inside.

How do you love yourself? How do you treat yourself? How do you treat other people?
Can you walk into a room knowing you’re beautiful without believing you’re better than everyone else?

That’s real beauty.

You don’t have to dim another woman’s light to shine. You don’t have to compete with her. You don’t have to prove that you’re the most beautiful woman in the room. And you certainly don’t have to perform for someone’s attention just to feel valuable.

You already have value.

Look at history. We’ve celebrated women for their beauty, labeled them the most beautiful, the sexiest, the most desirable..and yet beauty alone never guaranteed peace, joy, fulfillment, or a beautiful life.

So maybe the lesson is this:

Don’t spend your life trying to become what the world says a woman should be.

Be the woman God created you to be.

Soft when softness is needed. Strong when strength is needed. Kind. Loving. Joyful.
Peaceful. Confident without arrogance.
Beautiful without comparison.
Wonderful without needing applause.

There is nothing wrong with being beautiful. There is nothing wrong with taking care of your body or feeling good about yourself.

But don’t let your appearance become your identity.

Your beauty is something you have. It is not the entirety of who you are.

So, my dear sisters, let the competition go.

Let go of trying to be the sexiest. Let go of trying to get every man’s attention. Let go of trying to outdo the woman beside you.
Let go of the attitude that says, ā€œI’m better than her because I look better than her.ā€

Instead, walk into the room and bring something far more powerful: LOVE. JOY.
PEACE. KINDNESS. LIGHT.

Be the woman who makes other women feel beautiful too.

Be the woman who doesn’t need to compete because she knows who she is.

Be the woman who doesn’t need the world to define her because she knows where her identity comes from.

And most importantly…

BE YOU.

Wonderful you.
Unique you.
Amazing you.

You don’t have to become anybody else.

And remember: the most beautiful thing about you may be the part of you that nobody can see.

šŸ”„ Keep igniting from within.

OPEN YOUR EYES …and Truly See

Greetings, Beautiful Souls,

Life has a way of teaching us lessons we didn’t even realize we needed. And sometimes, the deepest wisdom begins with one simple question: Who am I?

What if the deeper lesson is that when we don’t know who we are, when we haven’t learned to love ourselves, relationships can become a place where we look for something we were supposed to discover within?

Real talk. šŸ‘€

So many of us are walking around saying, ā€œI want to be loved.ā€

But have you asked yourself:

Do I deeply love ME?

Do I know who I am beyond someone’s opinion of me?
Do I know who I am beyond a relationship?
Do I know who I am beyond what I can provide, accomplish, or prove?

Because when you don’t know yourself, you can start shape-shifting for other people. You become who they want you to be. You chase relationships hoping someone else will fill a space that was always calling you inward.

I’m beginning to see this physical life differently.

I believe we are here to ignite—to discover who we are, bring out the best within ourselves, and then allow that love to overflow into the lives of others.

Not because we need them.

But because we are already full.

And maybe that’s the freedom.

I’m no longer attached to the idea that I must be married, must have a relationship, must have certain people, places, things, or outcomes for my life to be meaningful.

That’s a whole lot of hoopla. šŸ˜‚

I’m learning to simply BE.

Love deeply.
Forgive freely.
Enjoy the moment.
Bring peace wherever I go.
See people with compassion.
And let people be who they are.

Because everything we see in this physical realm is temporary.

People come. People go. Seasons change. Chapters close.

And perhaps our assignment is not to hold on so tightly—but to experience, learn, love, grow, and keep moving with peace.

I don’t have to chase anybody.

I don’t have to convince anybody.

I don’t have to become somebody else to be worthy of love.

I know who I am. I am learning to see myself through the eyes of the Creator. And from that place, I can love you without needing to possess you.

That’s freedom.

That’s peace.

That’s what I mean when I say:

LET’S GO, TEAM! šŸ”„

Keep igniting from within.
We’re all on this journey together. ā¤ļø

The Freedom of Not Knowing

Greetings, Wonderful You,

Today, I had a realization that feels deeper than words.

The mind ceased producing events. Nothing expected. Nothing rejected. Nothing claimed as my own. And somehow, in the absence of all of that, I discovered something beautiful:

I have lost nothing by not knowing…

For so long, I was certain of so many things. I had explanations, expectations, identities, stories, labels, plans, and conclusions. I thought knowing was wisdom.

Now I’m not so sure. And I’m okay with that…

Because perhaps not knowing is its own form of knowing..the recognition that everything I thought I knew was only a perspective passing through consciousness.

I am learning to release the identity I created and called ā€œme.ā€ The body was born. The body will one day die. But am I the body? Or am I the consciousness witnessing the body?

Just as light moves across a cinema screen and creates an entire world of images, thoughts, emotions, memories, characters, beginnings, and endings..perhaps consciousness is the vast screen upon which this temporary experience appears.

Names and forms come and go like waves upon an infinite ocean. The wave rises. The wave changes. The wave disappears. But the ocean remains.

..And perhaps that is why I don’t have to cling so tightly to anything. Not the past. Not the future. Not an identity. Not an outcome. Not even an idea of who I am supposed to become.

There is simply this moment.

I AM.

Before the labels.Ā
Before the accomplishments. Ā
Before the disappointments.
Before the expectations.
Before the story.

I AM.

..And perhaps the greatest freedom is realizing that what I am looking for is not somewhere outside of me. The inner and outer were never truly separate. What I call ā€œoutsideā€ is experienced within consciousness. What I call ā€œinsideā€ appears within the same field of awareness.

So the question changes.

Instead of asking, ā€œWhere will I find the knowledge I need?ā€ I can become still enough to ask: ā€œWhat is here when I stop trying to know?ā€

Maybe I don’t need every answer. Maybe I don’t need to understand the entire journey. Maybe I simply need to be present enough to recognize the light that is already here.

Today, I release the pressure to know. I release the need to control. I release the need to make everything mean something. I release the old certainty that kept me attached to outcomes and I embrace the freedom of simply being.

I don’t know. And I don’t have to know. I am here. I am aware. I am alive. I AM.

Keep igniting from within. ✨

Love Has Truly Been Good to Me ā¤ļø

Greetings Wonderful YOU!

The more I journey inward, the more I realize that love was never something I had to chase, find, or wait for someone else to give me. Love has always been within me.

There is such a beautiful feeling that comes from learning to live life as love..being in love with who I am, at peace with where I am, and grateful for the woman I am becoming.

When I choose love within myself, something shifts. I see differently. I speak differently. I move differently. I experience life differently. And the most beautiful part? What lives within me naturally overflows.

I don’t have to force love onto anyone. I simply get to be love😌to share kindness, grace, joy, compassion, encouragement, and light wherever I go.

This journey has taught me that the greatest love story isn’t about finding someone to complete me. It is about discovering the wholeness that already lives within me and allowing that love to overflow into the world around me.

So today, I celebrate love. The love within me. The love flowing through me. The love I give. The love I receive…And the beautiful reminder that when we live from love within, love has a way of touching everything around us.

….Love has truly been good to me. ā¤ļø
