A healthy relationship is not two empty cups trying to fill each other. It’s two overflowing cups sharing what is already abundant within them. Too often, we look to others to provide what we have not yet cultivated within ourselves. We seek someone to make us happy, make us feel worthy, make us feel loved, or make us feel whole. Yet true love was never meant to be a transaction. It was never meant to be, “I’ll give you this if you give me that.” Love is an expression of the abundance already living within your heart.

When your cup is full of peace, you share peace. When your cup is full of joy, you share joy. When your cup is full of love, you share love. And when two people who have done the inner work come together, they don’t drain one another..they inspire one another. They don’t complete one another..they celebrate one another. They don’t carry each other’s happiness..they contribute to each other’s growth.

Today, take a moment to check your cup. What are you pouring into yourself? What thoughts are you nurturing? What beliefs are you feeding? Fill your cup with kindness, gratitude, purpose, and truth. Nurture your spirit. Honor your journey. Remember that you are not here to beg for love..you are here to become love. You are not here to chase peace..you are here to embody peace. You are not here to search for your worth..you are here to remember your worth.

As you move through this day, let your life overflow from within. Let your presence be a blessing. Let your words bring hope. Let your actions reflect the light that already lives inside of you. The more you ignite your inner beauty, the more that light naturally touches everyone around you.
