I’m Melanie Chryshelle..easygoing, laid-back, judgment-free, and someone who genuinely loves people. I’m an igniter, a people builder, and a firm believer that every person carries something beautiful, valuable, and unique within them. One of my greatest joys in life is helping people see in themselves what they may have forgotten was there all along.
 

Over the years, I’ve learned something important:   many people see a glimpse of me, but only a few take the time to know my heart. They may have observed me from a distance, or created a story about me without ever taking the time to truly know me..And honestly, that’s okay.  Not everyone is assigned to your journey, and not everyone is meant to understand your purpose.

For those who do take the time to know me, they quickly discover that I’m pretty simple. I love to laugh. I can be serious when the moment calls for it, but more often than not, I’m silly, playful, and full of life. I believe laughter is medicine, kindness costs nothing but means everything, and people flourish when someone believes in them.

 If you’re part of my team, my community, or simply someone whose path has crossed mine, know this: I’m rooting for you. I see you. I already see you winning. I see you healed. I see you growing into the fullest expression of who God created you to be. Not because I want to change you, but because I believe there is already greatness within you waiting to be awakened. Sometimes all we need is someone to hold up a mirror and remind us of who we truly are.

Sometimes all people need is a reminder that they matter, that they are capable, that they are stronger than they think, and that their light still shines..even on the days they can’t see it themselves. That’s what I hope to bring into the world. To build people. To inspire growth. To awaken purpose. To encourage others to embrace their gifts, recognize their worth, and walk confidently in their own light.

So if our paths have crossed, my hope is that you leave feeling a little more encouraged, a little more empowered, and a little more aware of just how valuable you truly are. Because life is too precious not to help one another rise.
