I Am Me.

I Am Melanie Chryshelle. 

When I sit quietly with my thoughts, my emotions, my experiences, my victories, my failures, and every lesson that has shaped me, I begin to remember who I truly am. I AM that I AM. The more I care for what is happening inside of me, the more everything outside of me begins to transform.

What a beautiful place to live. Not a destination with a finish line, but a lifelong unfolding. A journey that becomes richer, deeper, and more meaningful with every step.

I love me. I am wonderfully and intentionally created. I love the woman I am today, and I love the woman I am continuing to become. Every day I hug myself. I smile at myself. I encourage myself. I speak life over myself. I remind myself that there is only one me in all of creation😲…😃  I see myself. I honor myself. I forgive myself. I celebrate myself. I visualize myself as I am healthy and whole..physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and financially. I am complete. I am created in the image of my Creator.

All is well in this moment. Yesterday is complete. I release it with gratitude. I carry the wisdom, but I refuse to carry the weight. I have no regrets. Tomorrow is not promised, so I refuse to surrender today to worry. This moment is my gift. Right here. Right now. I choose to be fully present.
