One of the verses I live by is Romans 8:28:

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.”

That is how I choose to live my life.

No matter what happens…
No matter who leaves my life…
No matter how many doors close…
I remind myself that it’s all working out for my good.

I may not understand it today. I may not see the reason right now. But I trust that, in time, God will reveal why it happened and how He used it for something greater.

Whenever worry, disappointment, or doubt tries to creep into my mind, I stop and tell myself:

“Melanie, you may not understand this right now, but this is working out for your good.”

Notice the verse doesn’t say some things. It says ALL things.

When you truly believe that, you stop living in fear. You stop fighting every closed door. You stop trying to control every outcome. Instead, you begin to trust the journey, walk in peace, and keep moving forward with hope.

It’s one of the most freeing and peaceful ways to live.

Keep trusting. Keep growing. Keep believing that what’s happening for you is greater than what seems to be happening to you.
